From reception services to office furniture, we are ready to look after any of your business center needs. We also understand that your needs may change over time. That’s why we offer a variety of services: many are included with your office rental and others are on a fee-for-service basis.

Services à la carte

Professional, Personalized Reception Services

Our professional receptionist answers your calls, greets your clients and handles your mail and deliveries. Calls are answered from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and managed according to your specific instructions. When you are out of the office, your calls can be transferred to your voicemail, cell phone, or messages can be taken for you. All at no additional cost.

Need other administrative support? Our receptionists can book your clients into your calendar, provide reminder phone calls, help with invoicing, do your monthly expense report or simply photocopy a handout or proposal for mailing. We’re here to help with any service you require at very reasonable rates.

Mail and Courier Service

We provide you with a professional mailing address for business as well as a central point for incoming and outgoing communications. Use this “virtual office” for client pick-ups and drop-offs and courier package deliveries.

Offices on Demand

Only need an office part-time, or for occasional use? Renting a boardroom for a meeting to impress that new client? Fish Creek Executive Centre has customizable, affordable virtual office packages that work for you.

Furniture Rental

All offices are available fully furnished and decorated. However, if you have your own furniture to make you feel more at home, you are welcome to use it.



Our three boardrooms are available for use on a pre-booked basis. One is large enough to accommodate up to 25 people for a meeting, seminar, testing or workshop. Long-term tenants receive up to 10 hours of boardroom time per month, included in your rental contract. Telecommunications equipment and fibre-optic Internet are available in each boardroom. Pre-booked time is available by the hour, day or week.

Reception and Kitchen Area

Our reception area is large and open, and is a comfortable space for your clients (or those accompanying
them) to wait.

Are you still having meetings at crowded coffee shops? Fully equipped, our bright and modern kitchen is available for your use. As well, we provide complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water for you and your clients.

These spaces also provide our clients with the opportunity to meet each other and network in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Strike up a conversation over coffee or lunch or come to one of our monthly in-house networking events.

Office Equipment

Our offices have state-of-the-art business equipment and support: fibre-optic Internet, telecommunications equipment, printer/photocopier (black and color) capable of scanning and emailing, with onsite IT support. Tenants have access to all equipment. Certain services may have extra fees.

Building and Gym Access

Security cards are provided to long-term tenants to allow business centre access 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. If you like to cycle or run to work, a main floor gym with shower facilities is also accessible with your building security card. A lock-up area is available to secure your bicycle.
