Fish Creek Executive Centre (FCEC) has over 10,000 square

feet of premium office space, located in an attractive,

professional, three story office building, which provides easy

access for clients and ample, cost-effective parking.

All of our offices and common areas were completely

renovated in 2008. Our professional designer created a work

environment that is modern, yet comfortable.  FCEC provides

an effective daily work environment, and a space where you

will enjoy meeting with clients or associates.

We have forty offices ranging in size from 100 to 225 sq ft.

Window offices have large windows with an east or south

exposure. Our interior offices are comfortable and well lit,

providing less expensive space for “getting started” or for

expansion.

We have ample outdoor parking available for rent at a nominal

rate; stalls are assigned. Free visitor parking is provided

adjacent to the building.

Fish Creek Executive Centre has two tastefully decorated

meeting rooms which can comfortably handle up to 8 to 10

people.  Each meeting room has whiteboards, conference

phones and internet access.

Office furniture is available for rent, or you can bring your own.

All offices have executive phone sets and immediate access to

High Speed Internet.
